Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead concrete-focused projects on large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, including data centers and core/ shell builds. You will oversee planning, site coordination, safety, quality, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, proven concrete self-perform experience, strong leadership, and solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Exceptional leadership to manage and inspire a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensuring all activities align with the project plan.
• Leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.
