Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects in the Manassas area. The role requires overseeing all construction phases, coordinating teams and subs, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of superintendent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a background in concrete-focused, self-perform work on commercial/industrial sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Concrete self-perform experience on commercial/industrial projects is a must.
• Strong leadership with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications in construction safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development to final construction.
• Ensuring activities align with the project plan.
• Leading a team of workers and subs.
• Maintaining safety protocols and quality standards.
• Interacting with clients, explaining plans and contract terms.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subs, and materials.
