Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan and execute large-scale concrete projects from Orlando, FL. You will develop comprehensive project plans with the operations team, oversee execution, and ensure milestones are met on commercial/industrial builds.

You bring 5+ years of self-perform concrete project experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a BS in Construction Management or Engineering; proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive project execution experience.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
