Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Orlando seeks a Superintendent to lead the execution phase of projects, coordinating with the operational team to craft an overall plan. You will drive effective planning, resource staging, and timely status updates to ensure on-time completion of crucial commercial and industrial work.

The role emphasizes self-perform concrete expertise, a strong organizing mindset, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion.
• Communicate project status to all appropriate parties.
