Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Project Senior Superintendent to drive planning and execution on large-scale concrete projects across industrial and commercial sectors. You will develop project plans, coordinate with the operations team, identify risks, and ensure execution goals are met with a hands-on leadership style.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive project execution experience, concrete self-perform experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience on Commercial/Industrial project types preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over 500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all parties.
