Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC. in Utah seeks a Superintendent to lead the planning and execution of project phases on commercial and industrial builds.

You’ll collaborate with the operations team to craft comprehensive project plans and ensure readiness of crews, equipment, and materials. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale self-perform concrete projects, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
