Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC. is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Orlando, FL to lead the project execution phase and create a comprehensive project plan in collaboration with the operations team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive project execution experience with self-perform concrete, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and strong organizational and communication skills for large industrial/commercial projects over $500K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
