Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the execution phase of complex commercial and industrial projects. You will develop the overall project plan in coordination with the operations team and drive the field schedule, safety, and quality objectives.

This role requires self-perform concrete experience, 5+ years in project execution for a large-scale GC or concrete contractor, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience on Commercial/Industrial projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and adjust to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
