Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction PM experience with heavy concrete focus.
• Experience managing commercial, multi-family, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of structural concrete systems and field coordination.
• Strong budgeting, change orders, and cost control skills.
• Proven leadership and high-level client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead large concrete projects from kickoff to turnover.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate project teams including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases.
