Job summary

RockBridge Search is seeking a strong Concrete Foreman in Salt Lake City to lead and manage field crews, uphold safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship on active projects.

You will plan manpower, equipment, materials, and workflow, read plans, coordinate placement and finishing, and maintain open lines of communication with project managers and clients. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role with a focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience as a concrete foreman or field leader.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, elevations, and project docs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily concrete operations and supervise field crews from mobilization through completion.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and workflow to keep projects on schedule.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, drawings, elevations, and docs.
• Coordinate concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing, grading, layout, and related activities.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure work meets specs.
• Conduct daily pre-task planning, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and job hazard assessments.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements without cutting corners.
• Identify hazards before work begins and address unsafe conditions.
• Train, coach, and develop crew members with accountability for workmanship and safety.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and inspectors.
