• Excellent communication with field teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction from layout through final pour.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and schedules.
• Ensure safety, budget, production, and quality expectations.
• Lead daily jobsite meetings and communicate with Project Managers.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and sequencing plans.
• Track manpower, production rates, inspections, and site logistics.
• Mentor field staff and build high-performing crews.
