Job summary

Okland Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Concrete Project Manager to lead self-perform concrete operations on large commercial projects in Arizona.

You will drive planning, execution, and delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards, while coordinating with internal teams and trade partners to ensure safe, efficient project completion. The role requires 8+ years in concrete project management, expertise in forming systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing self-perform concrete projects.
• Expertise in horizontal and vertical forming systems.
• Proficiency in P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and interface between materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and cost projections for concrete scope.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet project goals and financial targets.
• Partner with superintendents, estimators, and preconstruction teams to align on sequencing and resource allocation.
• Enforce Okland’s quality standards through inspections, mock-ups, and compliance with specifications.
• Promote and enforce Okland’s safety culture and OSHA guidelines across all job sites.
• Maintain understanding of trade partner agreements and hold parties accountable while fostering fair relationships.
• Mentor and train craft and salaried team members to elevate concrete expertise and performance.
