Job summary

Okland Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to oversee self-perform concrete operations on large commercial projects.

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards, collaborating with internal teams and trade partners. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in Construction Management and 8+ years of self-perform concrete experience, plus proficiency with P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing self-perform concrete projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and cost projections for concrete scope.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet project goals and financial targets.
• Partner with superintendents, estimators, and preconstruction teams to align on sequencing and resource allocation.
• Enforce Okland’s quality standards through inspections, mock-ups, and compliance with specifications.
• Promote and enforce Okland’s safety culture and OSHA guidelines across all job sites.
• Maintain understanding of trade partner agreements and hold parties accountable while fostering fair relationships.
• Mentor and train craft and salaried team members to elevate concrete expertise and performance.
