The role requires at least 5 years in concrete PM, ability to read drawings, manage contracts and change orders, and travel up to 30%. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in concrete construction.
• Ability to read, interpret, and manage project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets, financial tracking, and contracts.
• Valid driver's license with travel up to 30% for local project needs.
• Background check required due to access on secure sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial concrete projects from preconstruction to final completion.
• Control budgets, track costs, and manage change orders.
• Partner with field superintendents and foremen to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and contracts with high attention to detail.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, and sub-tier partners.
• Identify potential project risks early and implement on-site solutions.
