Commercial Contracting Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Concrete Self-Perform Services to lead large-scale industrial and commercial concrete construction projects in Auburn Hills, MI. You will oversee all phases of self-perform operations, including foundations, flatwork, formwork, rebar coordination, placement, and finishing, while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, or related field.
• 12+ years in self-perform concrete or foundations on large projects.
• Experience with Procore, Sage 300, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Tekla.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of concrete construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage buyouts, contracts, change orders, estimates, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling tools.
