DPR Construction in East Brunswick, NJ, United States is seeking an experienced SPW Project Leader. You will manage self-perform work teams, align SPW activities with project schedules, and drive quality while mentoring staff on-site.

Responsibilities include end-to-end SPW execution, procurement of materials, budgeting, and proactive risk management. A bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ related experience are required, OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; complete within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of SPW work scopes and address escalated, complex issues to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee procurement of SPW-specific materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge in SPW means and methods.
• Evaluates SPW project performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and forecasting to support financial control.
