Commercial Contracting Corporation in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Project Manager II for Concrete Self-Perform Services to lead industrial and commercial concrete projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will oversee structural concrete, foundations, formwork, rebar, placement, and finishing while directing scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 9-12 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager managing self-perform concrete or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction, formwork, rebar, and foundation work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change order management.
• Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
