Concrete Placement LLC seeks a skilled Concrete Foreman to supervise on-site concrete construction, including forming, pouring, and finishing. Applicants should have 5+ years in concrete construction (industrial/commercial preferred) and at least 2 years in a foreman role, with OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain.

Position Overview

The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of concrete construction on-site, including layout, forming, placing, and finishing. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of commercial and industrial concrete work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage concrete crews on-site to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily activities and communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Supervise all aspects of concrete placement, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
• Maintain quality control and ensure work is done to specification
