KLH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Working Commercial Concrete Foreman to independently lead commercial concrete projects from layout through completion. You will organize crews, operate equipment, and work with onsite leadership to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates will have extensive field leadership experience, strong ability to read drawings, and a hands‑on approach. Local/regional work applies, with daily home time and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction.
• Proven experience leading concrete crews on active commercial jobsites.
• Ability to independently read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of layout, elevations, grades, dimensions, and project sequencing.
• Experience managing concrete work from excavation through final placement and finishing.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, excavators, backhoes).
• Ability to communicate professionally with general contractors, onsite superintendents, vendors, and crew members.
• Demonstrated ability to assign work and maintain production standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial and industrial concrete projects from preparation through completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, project files, schedules, and current revisions before work begins.
• Lay out foundations, footings, slabs, walls, loading areas, and related concrete work.
• Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, onsite superintendents, suppliers, inspectors, and KLH leadership.
• Direct concrete finishers, laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
• Monitor workmanship, safety, and jobsite organization.
• Complete jobsite documentation and progress updates as required.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment.
