Concrete Placement LLC seeks a skilled Concrete Foreman to supervise on-site concrete construction, including forming, pouring, and finishing. The ideal candidate will lead crews, read construction documents, and coordinate daily site activities with project managers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Applicants should have 5+ years in concrete construction (industrial/commercial preferred) and at least 2 years in a foreman role, with OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in concrete construction (commercial/industrial preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage concrete crews on-site to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities and communicate with project managers and superintendents.
• Supervise all aspects of concrete placement, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• Maintain quality control and ensure work is done to specification.
• Manage equipment, materials, and labor needs on site.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Track and report progress, timecards, and potential issues.
