Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee concrete construction lifecycles from start to finish, primarily for warehouse and industrial projects in New Jersey and nearby states.

The role focuses on planning, execution, and field coordination with seasoned focus on safety, quality, and profitability. Excellent communication and leadership are required for client and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in concrete/commercial construction or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule and budget.
• Experience with self-perform concrete operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop schedules, staffing requirements, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate startup activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and risks.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, standards and contracts.
