Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex construction projects, including ground-up multifamily, mixed-use developments, and large-scale big box warehouse facilities exceeding 200,000 square feet. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical expertise, with proven success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Proficiency in Procore and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire construction lifecycle, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, and project closeout.
  • Lead ground-up construction projects across multifamily, mixed-use, and large-format industrial/warehouse developments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, cash flow projections, and cost reports.
  • Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract negotiation, buyout, and ongoing performance management.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project communication.
  • Leverage Excel for financial tracking, cost forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with local codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Identify project risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing full lifecycle, ground-up projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Multifamily and mixed-use developments, Large-scale big box warehouse / industrial projects (200,000+ sq. ft.)
  • Strong proficiency with Procore project management software.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting).
  • Solid understanding of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost controls.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Design-Build and/or CM-at-Risk delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with local permitting and inspection processes.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
