You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and submittals while driving safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience in construction.

• Proficient in project tracking, budgeting, cost control, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans coordinating with stakeholders.
• Lead procurement and manage submittals to specifications.
• Present regular project updates to senior management.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
