RRD in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Concierge/Guest Services professional to welcome visitors, provide 5-star service, escort guests, and coordinate meeting room setups. You will manage calls, arrange transportation, and liaise with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires excellent English communication, professional presentation, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in a Concierge/Host role at a blue-chip company in high-end hospitality or commercial environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Professional presentation and professional presence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the office lobby as the main point of contact for any visitor/guest or employee.
• Ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey.
• Escorting guests to their booked meeting room and notifying hosts of arrival.
• Understand customer needs and provide 5-star professional service.
• Attend to guest wishes and requirements.
• Acquire knowledge of the premises and nearby venues to make recommendations.
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation on request.
• Answer phone, take reservations, and manage messages/mail.
• Handling calls professionally and coordinating with departments for guest services.
• Assist in daily production of client visiting attorney email.
