Planned Companies is hiring a Lead Concierge in SoHo Manhattan, NY. The role requires coordinating client services, making reservations, and managing on-site events while delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to network with clients in a professional, friendly manner. This is a full-time position with a Sunday-Thursday schedule and a pay of $21.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of client-facing experience.
• Basic computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations at local establishments on request (restaurants, hotels, entertainment).
• Manage concierge staff and guide the team.
• Handle client and resident inquiries professionally.
• Assist with organization of on-site events.
• Greet clients and guide them to their designated areas.
• Log and monitor visitor flow and logistics at the front desk.
