Responsibilities

• Establish team structure to meet customer needs and goals
• Identify risks and present mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Lead the team to deliver results while managing problems and escalations
• Ensure teams operate to SLAs, track metrics, and deliver outcomes
• Guide discussions, incorporate diverse input, and provide resources
• Review proposed COMSEC programs for security compliance
• Advise management and partners on COMSEC postures across AWS locations
• Maintain liaison with Government customers and COMSEC vendors
