Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people management and development.
• 5+ years of experience managing operations teams in COMSEC, networking, or IT.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Establish team structure to meet customer goals and SLAs.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Lead teams to deliver results and manage complex problems.
• Ensure teams operate properly, track metrics, and drive outcomes.
• Provide guidance and processes to support org-wide COMSEC activities.
• Review proposed programs to ensure COMSEC security.
• Advise management and partners on COMSEC posture across AWS locations.
• Maintain liaison with Government customers and COMSEC vendors.
• Oversee multiple COMSEC accounts across sites.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on information security programs.
