Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, molecular biology, biochemistry, computer science, or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for a Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years with a Master’s; 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in computational research techniques and high-throughput sequencing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead computationally focused scientific research projects with increasing independence.
• Collaborate on project and analysis design under guidance of PIs.
• Develop new computational methods for regulatory circuitry in pediatric cancers.
• Apply omics pipelines for ChIP‑Seq/CUT&RUN/CUT&TAG, ATAC‑seq, HiChIP/HiC, RNA‑seq.
• Present research to colleagues and draft manuscripts with minimal supervision.
• Direct data collection and ensure data quality.
