Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD with strong computational biology background preferred.
• Proven track record in computational research and data analysis.
• Experience with chromatin and expression analysis technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead computational research projects with increasing independence.
• Collaborate on study and analysis design with PIs.
• Develop new computational methods for regulatory circuitry.
• Apply omics pipelines for ChIP-Seq/CUT&RUN/RNA-Seq/HiChIP.
• Present research findings and draft manuscripts.
