You will analyze diverse multi-omics datasets, develop novel methods, and communicate results to investigators. The role emphasizes collaboration with NBTP clinicians and external partners, building scalable computational workflows, and advancing translational cancer genomics using R, Python, and HPC

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, and/or data science.
• Experience with analyses across RNA-seq, single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics.
• Strong publications in cancer genomics or related fields.
• Proficiency in HPC environments and reproducible pipelines.
• Experience with NGS data analysis and programming in R/Python.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform statistical analyses and algorithm implementations for diverse bioinformatics tasks.
• Design and maintain data analysis pipelines and databases.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and scientists to translate findings.
• Develop training materials for bioinformatics software and databases.
• Lead cross-department projects and coordinate resources.
• Ensure reproducibility and best practices across analyses.
