Job summary

Rock County seeks a Service Director for Comprehensive Community Services to supervise CCS teams, oversee clinical and administrative duties, and ensure high quality, person-centered care. You will lead treatment planning, monitor outcomes, and drive program improvements in alignment with DHS 36 and Medicaid standards.

The role requires strong supervision, collaboration, and policy implementation skills, with after-hours on-call rotation and extensive documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher plus active Wisconsin licensure is preferred.
• Two or more years supervisory experience in mental health or related services preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS 36, DHS 35, 48, 51, and 55 and related governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCS staff supervision, case management, and performance monitoring.
• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans and admissions.
• Ensure program compliance with administrative codes and Medicaid requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate care and services.
