Job summary

Jewish Family Services, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a CCS & CSS Administrator to lead the CCS and Community Case Management programs, including DCM and SSRS, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.

You will supervise staff, manage credentialing, and coordinate data collection and reporting. The role focuses on program growth through strategy, quality control, and project management, while maintaining strong partnerships with county and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, school/educational psychology, counseling and guidance, or social work preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience with adults and/or youth; CCS experience preferred.
• Wisconsin license from Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counselors; in good standing preferred.
• Meet CCS Mental Health Professional and Substance Abuse Professional requirements as described in WI DHS statutes.
• Knowledge of CCS, community resources, and familiarity with case management systems and EHR management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program personnel, provide orientation and training, plan work assignments, and conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Maintain credentialing status of CCS staff and monitor compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Represent JFS and CCS to Milwaukee County, funding sources, agencies, and referral sources; liaison with partners.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and service delivery compliance across related contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate community programming at housing properties and local community sites; manage schedules and events.
