Job summary

Ozaukee County Human Services seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide administrative, clinical, and program leadership for designated Behavioral Health programs. The role supervises Liaisons, CCS Service Facilitators, CSP Case Managers, and IDP staff, and oversees 24/7 crisis operations under DHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health.
• One or more supervisory roles and leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to supervise crisis services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavioral Health Liaisons, CCS Service Facilitators, CSP Case Managers, and IDP staff.
• Provide administrative, clinical, and program leadership for designated Behavioral Health programs.
• Ensure compliance with DHS 34, 36, 63, 75, 92, 94 and Wisconsin Statutes.
• Lead quality improvement, policy development, and workforce development activities.
• Coordinate with DHS/state reviewers for annual visits and certifications.
• Represent the unit in interdepartmental and community partnerships.
