Job summary

Rock County Human Services Department seeks a CCS Program Supervisor to oversee comprehensive community services, lead treatment planning, and coordinate care with partners. The role involves administrative and clinical supervision of CCS staff, development of policies, and ongoing quality improvement to support people with complex mental health and AODA needs.

The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of DHS 36/35/48/51/55, and a commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Wisconsin LPC, LCSW or LMFT license preferred or must be willing to obtain in a timely manner.
• Two or more years supervisory experience preferred.
• Five or more years experience working with individuals with significant mental health/AODA problems preferred.
• Ability to manage one's time and emotions in an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations and practices pertaining to DHS 36, DHS 35, 48, 51, and 55.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications, their effect, side effects and abuse potential.
• Must possess and maintain a current unrestricted driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clinical supervision for Comprehensive Community Services team.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to assure coordinated care.
• Provides direct services/interventions to CCS clients as part of a treatment team when needed.
• Develops, implements and oversees program policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with DHS codes and applicable laws and statutes.
• Leads efforts for continued program improvement and evidence-based practices.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, disciplines and evaluates assigned staff.
