Job summary

You will manage complex programs, develop work instructions and PFMEAs, and provide technical guidance across shop floor and design teams in a high‑stakes aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years total experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
• Train and mentor engineers; lead program transitions to Huntsville.
• Lead qualifications for new equipment pieces; develop fabrication processes.
• Create detailed work instructions, PFMEAs, and JSAs meeting safety and quality standards.
• Provide shop floor support and training to teams; ensure process accuracy and safety.
