Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience; graduate degree with 7 years required.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
• Manage facility transition efforts for inert product lines.
• Develop processes for fabrication of advanced composite parts.
• Create work instructions, PFMEAs, and JSAs meeting requirements.
• Provide guidance to floor, design, and management teams.
• Analyze drawings to develop robust part and tooling designs.
• Interface with support groups to ensure process accuracy and safety.
• Investigate nonconforming hardware and implement corrective actions.
• Present processes at customer readiness reviews and change boards.
