Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Plan, develop, initiate and maintain processes for fabrication of advanced composite parts.
• Create work instructions, procedures, PFMEAs and JSAs that meet design, process, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and/or training to shop floor, design and management teams.
• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to support robust part and tooling designs.
