Job summary

Orenco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer-Composite Products to identify and secure new business opportunities. You will sell Rectangular Tanks, DuraFiber Buildings, and Tank Covers while coordinating with engineers, municipal/utility workers, OEMs, and reps. Located in the Midwest with up to 50% travel, remote work is allowed.

The role emphasizes building sales plans, training, and market education, with strong product knowledge and customer-facing skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 years sales experience.
• Thorough understanding of Orenco Composites capabilities and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner.
• Ability to be self-directed and work as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills are required.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and software.
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to priority changes with little notice and to remain calm during confrontational or high-pressure situations.
• Must have satisfactory driving record, maintain valid driver's license, and current insurance on personal vehicle if used for business.
