Amperesand, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Compliance to own and drive all regulatory and safety compliance activities for our solid-state transformer portfolio.

You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and quality to ensure timely certifications and safe, compliant product releases. The role requires deep knowledge of UL/IEC/IEEE standards, a track record in regulatory program management, and the ability to travel up to 30% to support labs and audits.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years in technical program management, compliance engineering, or regulatory affairs in power electronics environments.
• Experience managing product certifications to safety/EMC standards (e.g., UL, IEC, FCC, IEEE).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compliance program across SST product portfolio.
• Define milestone-driven compliance schedules aligned with product timelines (EVT/DVT/PVT).
• Manage relationships with external labs, certification bodies, and regulators.
• Oversee sample submissions, findings, and audit readiness at all stages.
• Collaborate with engineering to embed safety and EMC into design decisions.
