The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medium-voltage systems and a strong background in electrical engineering, ensuring compliance with safety and utility standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in medium-voltage power conversion systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing compliance and certification programs.
• Experience developing test plans for high-power electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance engineering activities for solid-state transformer platform.
• Establish product compliance roadmap including UL, IEC, IEEE, NEC standards.
• Coordinate planning for various electrical safety tests and compliance.
