Job summary

Happen Bank seeks a Compliance Testing Manager to independently design and lead reviews ensuring consumer protection and regulatory controls. You'll advance data-driven testing, identify control improvements, and partner across ECO and business lines.

You will report into ECO, work in a hybrid model, and contribute to audits and strategic projects while ensuring timely remediation and clear communication of risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in banking or financial services with compliance testing exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey testing results and risks.
• Experience using SQL to query data; Tableau or similar tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute compliance testing reviews for consumer finance risks.
• Identify control gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Develop data analytics and monitoring to test processes more effectively.
• Prepare clear testing reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
• Track and close remediation of findings with appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance Advisory and business lines on risk trends.
