Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to independently design and execute reviews ensuring adherence to consumer protection laws and internal policies. The role emphasizes data-driven testing, control assessments, and collaboration across teams.

You will lead testing across ECOA, UDAAP, TILA, and related regulations, using SQL for data analysis and Tableau where applicable. Hybrid work with in-office requirements in SF, Lehi, or NY is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in banking or financial services with compliance testing experience.
• Experience with ECOA, UDAAP, TILA, TISA, FCRA, EFTA, EFAA, and SCRA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience using SQL to query data; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute compliance testing reviews to assess control design and operating effectiveness across consumer compliance risks.
• Identify control gaps and recommend practical enhancements to strengthen the control environment.
• Develop and use data analytics to test system- and data-driven processes.
• Document findings, issues, recommendations, and testing results for business partners and leadership.
