Kikoff is seeking a Compliance Testing professional in Phoenix to ensure our consumer financial services and BSA/AML controls operate as designed. You will perform risk-based testing, define populations, collect evidence, and report findings to Compliance leadership.

You will build and run AI tooling with Legal, Compliance and Engineering to handle routine tests with human oversight. The role requires 4+ years in compliance testing and deep knowledge of UDAAP, FCRA, fair lending, Reg Z, and

Competenze

• 4+ years in compliance testing, monitoring, internal audit, or regulatory assurance in consumer financial services
• Ability to define populations and evidence plans and reconcile populations with SQL or BI tooling
• Experience with UDAAP, FCRA, fair lending, Reg E, Reg Z, and related regulations

Mansioni

• Execute risk-based testing and monitoring reviews from scoping through remediation validation
• Perform second-line BSA/AML and sanctions monitoring
• Help build and run AI tooling with Legal, Compliance and Engineering
• Translate regulatory obligations into precise test procedures and criteria
• Test controls across regulatory areas including privacy and marketing reviews
• Produce testing and monitoring reports for leadership and governance
• Contribute to testing methodology and templates as the business grows
