Job summary

You will design repeatable automated tests using scripting and AI to draw from core systems, deposits, and loan data, enabling faster, more consistent regulatory coverage.

This role is central to an automation-first testing model, requiring a balance of regulatory knowledge and hands-on coding, with human oversight of AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/finance or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics/IT with regulatory testing in banking.
• Hands-on scripting with SQL and Python.
• Experience applying AI tools for data analysis and test logic.
• Knowledge of core banking data and regulatory tests.
• Strong Excel and office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory obligations into automated, data-driven tests.
• Write and maintain scripts; apply AI tools to test design and execution.
• Coordinate data access between Compliance Testing and IT teams.
• Identify authoritative data sources and document lineage.
• Validate AI-generated test logic against outcomes.
• Document test logic, prompts, data sources and procedures.
• Ensure responsible AI use with oversight and governance.
• Suggest tools and process improvements for greater coverage.
• Support audits by explaining automation methodology and evidence.
• Prepare periodic reports on automation coverage and results.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
• Complete required compliance training and attend meetings.
