Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Data Analytics, CS, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of combined data analytics/IT and regulatory testing experience in banking.
• Hands-on scripting with SQL and Python.
• Experience applying AI tools to analyze data and test logic.
• Banking/financial services familiarity with core systems and data.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory obligations into automated, data-driven tests.
• Write, maintain, and optimize scripts for automated compliance tests from core systems.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to design and execute tests across data populations.
• Coordinate data access, data dictionaries, and secure extracts with IT and data teams.
• Document test logic, data sources, and procedures for auditability.
• Support audits and exams by explaining automation methodologies and evidence.
