Coinbase, Inc. is looking for a seasoned leader to set the technical direction for compliance data and control systems. You will define roadmaps, drive cross-functional initiatives, and own operational health across platforms to ensure scalable, compliant data solutions.

You will mentor analytics and data practitioners, partner with ML/AI teams, and balance regulatory needs with customer experience and cost. This role is remote-first with periodic in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing data-intensive systems with leadership in compliance data and controls.
• Led complex technical initiatives across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
• Built reliable data pipelines, data models, and multi-tenant compliance controls at scale.
• Influenced technical decisions and aligned stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Set technical direction for compliance data and control systems within your domain.
• Define multi-year roadmaps aligned with regulatory requirements, business growth, and scalability.
