You will design, implement, and operate large-scale solutions that meet global regulatory obligations, partnering with Compliance, Product, and Engineering. The role requires 10+ years in data-intensive systems, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building data-intensive systems with leadership in compliance data/control domains.
• Deep expertise in compliance data systems driving architectural decisions across teams.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end technical initiatives from design to production.
• Experience building reliable data pipelines, data models, and multi-tenant controls at scale.
• Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for compliance data and control systems across the domain.
• Define multi-year roadmaps aligned with regulatory requirements and business growth.
• Frame ambiguous problems, evaluate options, and choose cost-effective, reliable approaches.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
• Act as technical expert influencing architecture and driving quality and documentation.
