• Deep expertise in compliance data systems shaping architectural decisions and resolving cross-functional issues.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from problem definition to production operation.
• Experience building reliable data pipelines, data models, and multi-tenant compliance controls at scale with data quality and auditability.
• Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for compliance data and control systems across your domain, designing and operating large-scale solutions.
• Define multi-year roadmaps aligned with regulatory requirements and scalable operations.
• Frame ambiguous problems, evaluate options, and balance control, data quality, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations; build broad alignment.
• Mentor analytics and data practitioners through technical guidance and reviews.
• Partner with Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into testable technical controls with clear acceptance criteria.
