Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for compliance data and control systems within your domain.
• Define and deliver multi-year roadmaps aligned with regulatory needs and scale.
• Frame Ambiguity, evaluate options, balance control, data quality and cost.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Compliance and Operations.
• Own architectural decisions, raise quality with reviews and documentation.
• Translate regulatory requirements into testable technical controls with clear criteria.
• Ensure operational health, monitoring, incident response, and remediation.
• Analyze detection outputs to improve signal quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with ML/AI and Platform teams for improved capabilities.
• Mentor analytics and data practitioners, sharing knowledge and best practices.
