• Proven track record delivering multi-year technical roadmaps aligned with regulatory needs.
• Experience building reliable data pipelines and multi-tenant compliance controls at scale.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong hands-on skills in implementation, code/design reviews, and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for compliance data and control systems within your domain.
• Define and deliver multi-year technical roadmaps aligned with regulatory requirements and business growth.
• Independently frame ambiguous technical problems and evaluate/choose approaches balancing control, data quality, reliability, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
• Mentor analytics and data practitioners through technical guidance and reviews.
• Translate regulatory requirements into testable technical controls with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own operational health of systems, monitoring, incident response, and remediation.
• Analyze detection outputs and control-performance trends to improve signal quality and efficiency.
